My appointment time was said to be between 11-2. Serviceman did not arrive until 3:30. I had to call to find out about the delay. I understand busyness and things come up but a call to tell me about the delay would have been appreciated. David L. was awesome! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and fixed the issue with ease. Explained his whole process, the cost, and even discussed the need for a new water heater sooner than later and what kind he recommended. Appreciated the feedback. He was professional and easy to talk to.

My repairman, Kirby, did a wonderful job in repairing my husband and my furnace in the amount of time specified as well as took care of unclogging the drain in our bathtub. Quick, efficient, polite, kind, understanding & thoughtful; a genuine all around good person. We recommend the services of Blau Sudden Service. Left giant holes in the wall saying they dont do drywall, last I was told it was a standalone unit that wouldn't need to have the drywall cut and they did it without telling me. They also made me pay completely upfront over 10k which just gives me a really bad vibe. I called to express I was dissatisfied and she couldn't give a basic apology. Very rude egocentric people.

When our sewer line backed up, the plumber arrived quickly and had it cleared very soon after. He was respectful of our home and cleaned up before he left. Also was very friendly and explained exactly what he was doing and gave suggestions to prevent this from happening again! Highly recommend this company!

Five stars for both Jeff and Josh who were highly professional and plenty gregarious. We appreciate them giving up their Sarurday to help us out. Pricing was a bit steep (2+times) compared to waiting until Monday for repairs (we get it, there's a premium for the rapid response).
