Mike has been crucial in 2 inspections for us. He is thorough, straight forward, detailed and precise. His reports are easy to follow and include pictures along with thorough explanations. I was able to follow him around and ask a lot of questions for learning purposes. He has a wealth of knowledge to offer. Both inspections allowed me the clarity to make smart decisions based on his information. I will collaborate with him until we finally find the right home. He made the process as easy and stress-free as possible. During the inspection we appreciated his attention to detail. He encouraged us to follow him during the inspection and ask any questions. We could tell that Mike took pride in his work and wanted to provide us with a thorough inspection. Following the inspection he told us we would receive the reports later that night...and we did receive the reports that evening. The reports were detailed and included any recommendations he had. After we received the reports he followed up with us in case we had any questions. Mike's pricing was also fair and reasonable. Overall, couldn't have asked for a better experience with a home inspection.

Mike was great! The inspection was very thorough. The layout of the inspection report was top notch. We had the full report the same evening of the inspection. Very detailed and easy to read. Mike even took the time to walk us through the property during the inspection to explain things to us that were in the report. Highly recommend.
