These folks were fantastic! Josh did an incredible job of going through everything that I could have thought of (and many more things that I didn't!) He went through the house in incredible detail from top to bottom, unlike many other companies, and he gave me so much helpful information throughout. He was even willing to stay late and not only answer all the questions that I had, but to give me more information about what he saw. The final report was incredibly detailed, about 80 pages, and even arrived later that same night--the turnaround time was amazing. Really, really recommend their services. Well worth every penny that I paid.

Josh is the best in town. He was extremely thorough and knows his stuff. We put an offer on a 1985 home 3300 sq foot home and there wasn't anything that was missed. Our inspection took 3 hrs and at the end, he went over his findings and emailed them along with photos. The photos pointed out all the concerns with explanation and the ares of concern were circled. Very good to have to show the seller or anyone coming to make repairs. No wonder why this company has all 5 star reviews.

Top notch, I worked with Josh and he spent 5 hours going through my house with me, explaining his concerns in real time, and with a excellent report. I received a 79 page report with pictures, explanation of issues, and all the info I could want. Reasonably priced, I also chose to add on the sewer and termite inspection and found those to be very useful and informative. Extremely professional, and right on time, zero complaints

Such a wonderful experience. They were so thorough with the inspection. We never felt rushed. This is our first home buying experience and our inspector made a point to go in depth with us about what he was doing/why. He gave us great recommendations. He was also courteous and super nice to work with. The whole company really went above and beyond. I would highly recommend coming to Oklahome Inspections for any of your home needs.

Had my home inspection and the whole process from scheduling to follow up was great! Josh was my inspector and he did a great job clearly explaining everything in detail in person as well as in report. Keep in mind it was well over 100 degrees out but he didn’t let him slow him down! Megan in the office was easy to schedule with and had prompt follow up the day after making sure my needs were met. I feel comfortable recommending this company to anybody and will use them again in the future if need be!

Josh Willinger was our inspector and he was fantastic. He spent more than his allocated time looking over the house and then explaining to us, in detail, his findings. Our home is new construction, and he found items that required attention that I had overlooked, even though I have been on site every day for the past 10 months of the build. I would highly recommend using Oklahome Inspections. Money well spent!

They were incredibly responsive. We were able to schedule an inspection for the next day due to pressure from the seller of our home. Oklahome was punctual, friendly, and thorough, not to mention a great price compared to other inspection companies in the area! Would definitely recommend! Mike also went over the report with me before we ever left the home which I loved! Great experience all around!
