Dimitry was AWESOME. First off, most inspectors don't work on Sunday's but he rearranged his schedule for us. He arrived early and was very pleasant. His inspection was very thorough and he was easy to ask questions to. His report which came 24 hours later was very detailed and helpful. He noticed tons of stuff we didn't see. All this for a very good price as compared to other quotes we got. We HIGHLY recommend Dimitry and his team.

Our had broker recommended NYHI for a condo we were interested in in upper Manhattan, and with short notice less than 24 hours from booking, the owner Dimitry himself came to inspect the unit. We've never had an inspection before so weren't sure what to expect, but he was super friendly and very familiar with the area and people involved. As we went through the apartment, we followed along as he documented and answered questions on each aspect of the apartment and how he would go about remedying issues. The next day we got his inspection report in our inbox — a detailed and thorough 36-page report that we'll continue to reference through our closing and move-in process. Would definitely book again, and recommend for any future inspection needs!
