T1 Home Inspection

Oh cool, first review of this business. So he was right his not a big fan of Yelp, anyhow we were in escrow and we had called few places for home inspector that our realtor suggested but I wanted outside inspector to do the inspection "realtor suggested inspector might you know!!!..." Anyways our friend referred him, he started from roof and finished in basement. Such a knowledgeable person. With his inspection report we brought 12k cost of repairs down from home price. I'm so happy with his work. I spent $400 and earned 12k lol

I am a contractor, not big fan of inspectors I think its a waste of time and money. We hire t1 just for our crawlspace it was low clearance, and my friend previously used him and told me that this guy has built an actual robot that could go under the home and video everything so I used him. This guy is the best in the market and he thinks and acts as 1 so his decent. I saved 10k from that crawlspace. I recommend him. His good.
