Cornerstone Inspection Services

Recently a family member bought a new home and was preparing to move from out of state. We contacted Cornerstone inspection to do the professional inspection of the home and property. Jake came and was actually early which was fine. He was very thorough in his inspection of the home, and then was very patient and thorough in reviewing all of his findings with us. We felt that his inspection was done as if this was a home he would be moving into which was perfect! We highly recommend Cornerstone inspection for anyone’s home inspection needs.

Our realtor suggested using Cornerstone to inspect a condo we were bidding on. They were able to schedule me the following weekday. We met our inspector Erik Robinson on site and he explained every thing he did as he did it. He prepared a detailed easy to understand report within a few hours after our meeting. We are very satisfied with Cornerstone, and will recommend them to anyone in need of a home inspector.

Bradley was awesome to work with. He was super helpful in explaining everything to us and took time to educate us. This is our second home, and quite a big upgrade from our other home, so every detail was important to us. He made sure to communicate all the findings in the report in a very detailed way. He was also very kind, funny, and easy to talk to.
