As an owner of a home inspection firm I love the fact this one service alone has saved our clients money after learning there was a recalled appliance in the property and were able to get a free repair completed. I absolutely love RecallChek! As a home inspection company this service helps warn our clients of possible safety recalls on their appliances and walks them through the process of getting the repairs made for free. On top of that, it updates them once a month by email if there are any potential new recalls on any of their appliances for life! Thank you for all that you do to help protect our clients!

Worthless warranty company that runs you around in circles until you give up on your claims. I submitted legitimate estimates from licensed roofers, and was told they're not good enough. Why? They want them done in an incredibly specific way for no real reason other than to make it harder on you to accomplish in any reasonable timeframe. You're better off paying out of pocket, like I'm sure this garbage company wants you to.

This company is a scam, we have a problem with our stove which is under warranty in our inspection, a gas leak that was confirmed by my gas company and a technician, of which we send reports and we also send an invoice with all the specifications , it has been a nightmare, they take more than a day to respond to emails and look for excuses not to pay for the repair, even when it is something as important as a gas leak in your house! I recommend not spending your time or money with this company.

Love this service! Crown Home Inspections uses it on all of our inspections. We use it to find safety issues with appliances that would otherwise go undetected. We’ve actually had multiple clients that were buying homes with unsafe furnaces. The report came back saying that the homeowner should "stop using the furnace immediately and contact the manufacturer for a free repair." In the dead of winter in Kansas City, who wouldn’t want to know about that before moving their family into their new home? This service is very easy to use.

The RecallChek service itself is this nice cherry on top when we get to let someone know if there was a safety recall for one of their appliances. (most home inspectors aren't even checking for safety recalls)
