As a realtor whose team does about 30+ buyer transactions a year, Chris has always been my go-to inspector. Not only is Chris knowledgeable of the items he is inspecting but he is also articulate which is helpful when communicating with buyers who are not familiar with the construction process. Chris is able to separate the cosmetic items from the major deficiencies when he speaks with the clients. There are a lot of inspectors who are familiar with the construction process but very few are able to discuss the issues and how that could impact a buyer after the transaction is closed.
