Gave me an honest detailed overview of finding in person then followed up with a very detailed and easy to read report that helps understand the priority of the issues found. The 1 year appliance warranty is an amazing feature that helps with the nerves of buying a house. Highly recommend!

Had a Great experience using Grizzly. They were able to fit us in on short notice for a fast escrow and Nick did an extremely thorough job on the home inspection. I appreciated all of the photos they provided and the extensive walk thru upon completion of the inspection.

Nick has now done 3 home inspections for me and he has been very honest and thorough. He does an amazing job and is very detailed. He is extremely professional and has many years of experience to see the details that others don’t see. I will only use him and will recommend him to others in need. The price point for services was competitive. The inspector did not try to upsell services which I appreciated but he did explain the reasons other services are offered, he had outstanding communication and kept the scheduling and such very easy. So here is the big difference from any competitor’s. I have never seen such a thorough and informative inspection. His tracking through photos and the ease of use for understanding his findings were amazing. He took so much time explaining and not rushing our questions. I feel so comfortable with our home purchase because he checked so many aspects and did not just say oh that’s good, he had pictures, he had evidence, his knowledge was impressive. So I would never consider using another inspector. I have been using his reports for so much other stuff. It’s just really comforting knowing I have such a professional baseline to reference for my new home
