Precise Inspection Services

Stay away from them, very bad inspection report, like their name report is also very precise. We paid for infrared also and after asking couple times only they shared images. Inspection report came very late while we had aggressive timeline for closing. Fortunately our seller had done inspection from their end already and when I compared seller’s inspection report with precise, I understood how short and bad inspection was done by Precise. They didn’t find leaks on deck that was there in seller report and many other findings were missing. Fortunately it rained and I asked them to go visit property again and paid them again for visit to cover what they missed , again they missed to mention water clogging and soft spots at several places on deck. We personally visited the property next day and found all water clogging and were angry that why inspector didn’t report it all. Inspection is very important aspect when you are buying an old house so I would never recommend Precise to anyone as they don’t go into details at all. Also no one replied multiple emails or calls for final walkthrough , I had to get in touch with inspector through personal contact. !! Avoid Avoid Avoid !!! ‼️

Arvin was really great, he had great suggestions and provided a very detailed report including pictures that pointed out specific areas he was referencing. Also coordinated my termite inspection. I felt very comfortable with him and his expertise. He was genuinely happy for me on my first home purchase! I have already referred them to one friend and will continue to do so.

Check references!!! Photographs of what was overlooked or misrepresented, in addition to a faulty heating system. BE FOREWARNED. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I paid twice. FOR WHAT? Exposed pipes and styrofoam wall, water damage. The BUY BACK guarantee is a fraud.

Tim came out to perform the inspection on the new home I am purchasing. He was on time, very professional, and did a good job of walking me through his inspection report thoroughly. He made sure that I had an opportunity to ask questions and that I had his contact information. He compiled the report and sent it to me the same day as the inspection took place. It was really nice to have at least one part of the home buying process go so smoothly.

Chris was on time, professional and personable. I felt he did a very thorough job, let me know what he couldn't see or inspect, presented a professional report with pictures, and also told me in person what his findings were and what it meant for me as a potential home purchaser. I definitely felt that Chris had my best interests at heart. Very pleased with his work.

Excellent experience with Precise. Chris had to reschedule my inspection 3 times and made two unproductive trips due to the incompetence of the Seller. His attitude remained cheerful and cooperative. His inspection was through and professional. The report produced was excellent. I would recommend Precise to anyone who doesn't want any unpleasant surprises after purchasing their home.

Craig was very thorough inspecting the property. My husband and I met Craig at the house before the inspection was completed, but Craig was glad to see us and stopped to chat for a few minutes before completing his inspection. He discussed all areas of the house with us, and asked a few times if there was anything else we had noticed that he hadn't discussed. The written report he provided after the inspection was very informative. It was a pleasure working with Craig and we intend to call him again if we have further questions.
