Scott was amazing, very thorough and explained any questions I had. He came to this house twice because he was unable to get into crawlspace and check electrical because the owners had it turned off. He was willing to come back and worked with me on the price the second time coming almost 2 hours away. He was extremely friendly and professional. He will be who I call and recommend anytime an inspection is needed. We need more people like Scott in this world. Absolutely, you should choose him! Thank you Scott so much for all your help.!! Scott has done 3 home inspections for me and my husband. His reports are always very thorough. They're very easy to understand, and are straightforward. He always answered any questions that we had, and explained everything in a way we could understand. He's easy to get ahold of, and scheduled appointments within the time frame we needed. He worked great with our realtor to get all of our concerns addressed. His prices are also very competitive. We can't recommend him enough!!

I highly recommend Certified Home Inspections. We initially used them at the recommending of our realtor and thankfully did so, as their report was beyond thorough and saved us from a nightmare home. We contacted them personally for a FSBO and again were thoroughly impressed by the professionalism, friendliness, and in-depth report. We are moving from out of the area and were 100% confident in Scott's report for making a long-distance decision. He was even able to squeeze us in last minute so he could work around the incoming snow storm.

I’m in the process of possibly buying a house. Contacted Scott 5/16/24 morning and he said it may be a few days before he could do it. Scott was professional, knowledgeable and provided a detailed report. He was easy to reach and willing to discuss about the house prior to the physical inspection. I was in attendance during the inspection, he was punctual and explained well all the findings. He turned over the report quickly and it was well detailed. I also utilized Scott for termite inspection and mold testing.
