People's Choice Home Inspections

My husband and I were looking for a thorough home inspection just for our own knowledge and peace of mind. I asked a friend of mine who is a realtor who she would recommend, and without hesitation she said Marc. She expressed how thorough he is and how well he explains any issues. I contacted Marc. He got back with me immediately and came out the next week. His inspection was beyond anything my husband and I expected. His report was very easy to use and understand but at the same time included all needed details. Everything was documented with photographs, even using drone photography for some parts. Marc did a very thorough job inspecting our condo. He was on time, methodical, and careful. After the inspection he sat down and explained any problems he found and answered questions and thoroughly. He had the report to us quickly and with lots of pictures. I have used many home inspectors, as we have purchased several homes, and he is definitely one of the best. I highly recommend him.
