I never write reviews, but because of the exceptional service I received from Applied Ethics Home Inspection, I had to make an exception. Mr. Brown is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Not only does he perform inspections, he also trains others. You know that someone really knows their job when they are entrusted with passing that knowledge to others. From our initial conversation, I knew he was trustworthy and would provide the best experience possible. He wasn’t just on time, he was early. He took his time with the inspection, and I did not feel rushed at all. He was extremely thorough, explaining things in a way I could understand. We also had a separate meeting after the inspection to go through the report which was over 100 pages. Mr. Brown is a serious business owner, and it is demonstrated through his strong work ethic. I had gotten a few quotes for the inspection, and Mr. Brown was not the lowest. I told him this and I will share it here because I’ve cut corners before as I’m sure many have. For me, this wasn’t about going the least expensive route. The property that was inspected is very personal to me and he knew that. I wanted an inspector that was going to do the best job with integrity and respect. I received this and so much more with Mr. Brown and Applied Ethics Home Inspection, and I highly recommend his company!

Perry is an excellent young professional. His services are outstanding. He performed a very detailed inspection of my new home, not missing a single spot. The property at 4343 207th St. In Matteson was inspected by Mr. Perry Brown. Mr. Brown did a excellent job he was very thorough. His report was very detailed and supported by many photos. The comprehensive report covered all aspects of the home. I was thoroughly please with the report and the job done by Mr. Brown. I normally don’t write reviews but based on my experience with Mr. Brown, its only right that I do! Where do I begin?! Well, I first submitted a request online through his user-friendly website. Then I quickly received a response back from Mr. Brown who was more than willing to assist me. His communication and professionalism with me, my lender, and realtor was impeccable. On the day of the inspection, he thoroughly went through the ENTIRE property and pointed out everything that he felt was necessary for me to be aware of good and/or bad. He was patient enough to address all my concerns/questions and I gained a great deal of knowledge from him. His 132-page report was extremely detailed with great notes/pictures and his turnaround time on the report was fast!! As a person who is in the process of buying their first-time home, Mr. Browns services made me feel more knowledgeable and confident with the inspection process!
