Dylan was very professional and throughly explained every section of the home inspection report. Dylan made me feel like he always had my best interest in hand when dealing with the seller. Having Dylan as my home inspector made this portion of the home buying process the smoothest part. If nervous, almost too overwhelmed first time homebuyer describes you may I introduce our inspector Dylan. He was not only professional but may I say calming. He arrived an hour early to the property and had surveyed the roof and exterior giving us a good overview and run down upon our arrival. He then gave us a deep dive about the process, things he’ll be looking into ant our home in particular, and told us to "stop him for questions" whenever we had concerns or general questions. The inspection was thorough but also very thoughtful. He gave us an informal list of things he’d address if he was purchasing, and things to maintain upon purchase since this is our first home. Oh and did I mention he cracked a few good jokes along the way. Inspections rarely leave you feeling more comfortable and certain but this one did. Best experience we could have asked for during a stressful time.

Dylan was very professional. Walked me through the entire process since this was my first time experiencing an inspection. Was on time and knowledgeable of inspection process. Before we even began he pointed of a situation that needed to be addressed immediately. To add icing on the cake my original inspector had canceled on me and I found call House Call and they came out the next day. Will recommend anyone to use them!
