Bill from Chicago Home Inspection Services Inc is a superstar inspector! Saved me from a hassle of going through a condo purchase that would've required much more work than what was apparent on surface level.
Missed several details that I am now paying the price for including incorrectly telling my my AC unit was 12 years older after looking up the serial number when it is in fact 25 years old?!?! If I could sue I would. HORRIBLE INSPECTOR AND WOULD NOT KNOW A PROBLEM IF IT SMACKED HIM IN THE FACE!!! Utterly disgusted, I don’t even know how you are still in business ugh
Unprofessional. I scheduled a home inspection with Bill and he never arrived. He did not answer calls or texts to let me know he would not be able to make it. Waste of time.
Awesome guy, came out a second time after we learned gas wasn't turned on originally. Great work.

Took the morning off but no one showed up. Called several times, no answer, left messages but as of writing this still no response. Don't waste your time or money with this one. Zero
