Brian did an amazing job and I would recommend his inspection services to anyone looking at purchasing a home. He provides an extensively detailed report with photos, explanations, and even recommended solutions! I shared the report with my parents who said that that level of detail looks to be worth flying him around to inspect any home we buy in the future as well haha! His pricing was very worth it based on the quality of inspection! We are looking forward to getting a reinspection once the sellers make some repairs. Additionally, many minor things and regular maintenance items were included in the report that as first time homeowners will be extremely helpful to us to know what we should be maintaining on our home ourselves!

Caleb King conducted a a professional assessment and thorough inspection of our prospective new home. Caleb provided a substantive written report detailing the property's condition that included the roof, plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, etc. This report was extremely helpful in our decision making process. Caleb conducted a follow up inspection to ensure corrective action and repairs were made prior to closing.
