Steve and Sherri are fantastic. They were very accommodating with our schedule. Steve is amazing and is a master of his trade. So thankful we found them for our pre drywall inspection. His thoroughness and attention to detail is impressive. Totally worth every cent and will be seeing him for our walk through and 11 month inspections.

Steve was amazing. Extremely thorough during the inspection and showed us many items he found in person. After talking with Steve at the inspection, it was immediately evident that he has a true passion for the services he provides. Afterwards, he was very responsive to a variety of questions we had in the following weeks. Sherrie was also extremely helpful throughout the process. I could not give a higher recommendation, Inspect-O-Graff is the best of the best.

Steve and Sherri from Inspect-O-Graff were absolutely phenomenal and are WORTH EVERY PENNY and then some! We closed on our brand-new home just two months ago, and I only wish we had found them before closing. The previous inspectors missed so many issues that Steve spotted right away. He started on the roof and immediately found 10 problems before he even stepped inside. Steve uncovered serious issues, including a dangerously installed dryer vent that could’ve caused a fire and little to no insulation above our primary bedroom, things we never would’ve known without him. He’s smart, incredibly detailed, and clearly passionate about protecting homeowners. And his wife, Sherri is just as amazing. She’s responsive, organized, and incredibly kind. They’re the kind of team that makes you feel confident, informed, and taken care of. We will 100% be hiring them again for our one-year warranty inspection. If you want peace of mind and real expertise, look no further than Steve and Sherri. Truly the best out there and I’d recommend them to everyone.

Sherrie, the office manager is phenomenal to work with to start the process. Steve the inspector is very detailed in his reports and he doesn’t miss anything on the construction site. His reports are super easy to read by myself and his knowledge of the building process Was a real plus for us being new to the Florida area and the way they build homes here using steel studs and concrete black would definitely use them again. I highly suggest that you look into this firm to do your home inspections you will not be sorry God bless

A couple of weeks ago I had Steve from Inspect-O-Graff inspect my new home build after I had moved in. I had a couple of concerns and wanted a professional opinion. From the first call to the completed report I couldn't have been more impressed. His office staff is terrific and scheduled the inspection within a couple of days of my call. Steve arrived promptly and spent a considerable amount of time conducting the inspection. As with any new build home there will be some issues that your average homeowner will not see or be aware of, but Steve finds them all. The most impressive part is the comprehensive report that Steve writes. He documents all of the short-comings or corrections that needs to be made, along with citing the applicable Florida regulations which requires repair and/or compliance in a very professional manner. Steve also provides illustrations of the proper way to correct the issue. The proof of this is when I forwarded the report to the builder, they didn't argue a single point, but just scheduled the appropriate repair crews to address the issues! I highly recommend Inspect-O-Graff and could not be happier with his service.

Worked with Steve on my first home purchase, he was able to accommodate my shorter closing period and quickly turned around a detailed report uncovering some major issues so I could make a decision as soon as possible, and keeping me informed on site.
