SEC Inspection Services

We had Jeff as our inspector. Not only did they accept our job that wasn't in their usual service area, but they made everything super easy. From calling and getting a quote, and then being able to book an appointment for the next working day. The day of the inspection Jeff arrived on time and got right to work. When we came for the summary he made sure to explain every aspect of the inspection in a clear and concise way. He showed us the issues, both minor and major. He even pointed out the things that worked in our favor. I felt like I came out of the inspection not only getting my money's worth, but also with a better understanding of what owning a house really means. We will be recommending them to everyone, and we will also keep them in mind for any of our future needs. If you can pick, ask for Jeff he was really knowledgeable.

Jon was awesome! He did a super thorough job going through the whole house and took the time to explain everything clearly. We really appreciated how patient and detailed he was — you can tell he knows his stuff. We left the inspection feeling confident and informed. The cost (lower than many others) was fully justified by his excellent work.
