Building Confidence Home Inspections

They were referred to us by our realtor and they did an amazing job! They sat down with us right after the inspection and went through their process in detail and explained everything in a clear and concise way. They then walked us through their process home, pointing out small details and giving us explanations of what they found and thorough feedback on what we can do moving forward. The very detailed report, with photos, was sent to us right after and it helped to inform things we need to take into account with decisions we need to make. Overall they were very helpful and I greatly recommend them to anyone who need reliable people to do a home inspection.

Building Confidence Home Inspections did a wonderful job! They were able to inspect my home within a matter of days and they were extremely thorough and professional. They took the time to explain their findings to me on-site and answer any questions I had before promptly sending me their full, detailed inspection report. I highly recommend them!

Building Confidence Home Inspections was excellent. We used them to conduct an independent home inspection for a renovated, 85 year old home. From their quick response & detailed communication to the actual inspection & the very comprehensive documentation provided the following morning, their service was outstanding ! I would highly recommend.

We had a great experience! The report was very detailed and just what we needed before closing on our new home. The communication leading up to and after the inspection was done very well! Highly recommend.

Mark and team did a thorough inspection and provided detailed recommendations. They were personable and generous with their time. Highly recommend!

Evan was pleasant and helpful. He is knowledgeable. After meeting him and seeing his skills, I would not ever use anyone else.

Amazing experience with Vincent and his team. Our situation was a bit unique as it relates to timing as we are moving to the area from the midwest and needed a quick turnaround -- and -- were unable to be on-site for the inspection of a home we purchased without physically seeing. Vincent was able to jump on the project within 24 hours of the request and we had the results later that afternoon. I particularly liked the digital reporting format and how it was arranged for ease of use. The inspection identified a few areas that needed to be addressed by the Seller and they are attending to those issues prior to our close. Again, really appreciate the time and talent associated with the work and it was a tremendous piece of mind for us as we get ready to move to the area in the coming weeks. Great experience and would utilize his services again without any reservation.
