My experience with Tristate Property Inspections was great from start to finish. Janet in the office helped me out in selecting the services that best suited my needs and got me scheduled immediately. I ended up getting a home inspection, radon test, mold test, and well water test. Dan, the owner came out and performed my inspection. He was very thorough, and he went over all of my concerns and pointed out many things that needed correction that I never would have known without his expertise. A couple days later, I was emailed a beautiful, organized home inspection report with pictures and details of all problem areas in the home with recommendations for correction. Afterward, the results from the well water test, radon test and mold test were emailed to me in the same manner. Afterward, I felt extremely well informed about my home purchase. I’d highly recommend getting your home inspection with Tristate. It’s worth every penny to know what you’re getting into with your home purchase for peace of mind. I also recommend the radon test, mold testing and well water testing if applicable. It gave me great peace of mind to get a detailed report back from these tests knowing that my family would be safe in our new home.

Janet is very friendly and helpful. Once you give her the basic information, she runs with it. I didn't get to interact directly with Dan but his final report was very detailed and he encouraged me to reach out with any question. The price was in the middle of average range.
