Used Bobby and Best Inspections for our new home that we had build. Very detailed report and things that needed to be addressed that i didn't see. Highly recommend. The final report has lots of detail that can be used later like serial numbers on all appliances.

Bobby was surprisingly thorough. it took him over 3 hours to comb through the house. The other companies we shopped all said 1.5 - 2 hours. Then he walked around the property and pointed out the things he thought needed to be adderessed but even better he told us what we could have done about those items. Not the least expensive but you do get what you pay for.

I attended a class where Bobby taught a course on inspections. I was so impressed I kept his card for several years. I recently had the opportunity to hire him to inspect my new construction home. He did not disappoint He is very thorough. Took the time to explain things after the appointment and I received my inspection report that afternoon. I highly recommend Bobby.

I was in a bind - purchasing a commercial property with a very short timeline. This company was able to accommodate me and get the inpsection done almost immediately. The report was well laid out, and easy to understand. The report gave me an order of importance that had great value to me. I plan on using this company for my future commercial/residential property purchases down the road.

We are buying a house and moving to Idaho from another state. Communication was good from the start of scheduling, to the inspection date, delivery of the inspection and answering follow up questions about what was observed. The report is internet based, can be viewed on line and can be download in PDF format. Lots of photos with explanations and helpful information to explain what might be a problem and what can be done about it. I recommend this company to others.
