Very bad experience. They told me that everything was fine to buy and pay for each thing and the roof was given many years of life. 5 months after buying and the roof is falling down. I sent them messages and calls and they do not want to take responsibility. They are the worst company.

WOW .. I have to say hands down to HomeGuard and account Manager Gary Lane. The inspection that HomeGaurd performed for us was so much more then we expected. Our realtor was so impressed. I was just harassed by one of their employees while walking out of my home. He was shouting at least 100ft away to get my attention as I am speed walking to my car - I was in a rush for personal business. I turn around and he asks if he’s spoken to me, yes someone from his company has and I continue to walk. He says he hasn’t and I reply that now is not a good time and I am busy. As I continue to my car he’s yelling "REALLY!?!" several times as I cross the street and saying inaudible things with an attitude. Why on earth would you literally chase a potential lead and yell at them when it’s an inconvenient time?? You are heckling me as I am walking out of my house to my vehicle. This company obviously needs better training for their employees. I will never use this company and never refer to a friend. This was in Corona, CA.
