David Willowby was my inspector, and I highly recommend both him and Redbud. I purchased a full inspection package (house, pool, termite, and sprinkler) for a 21‑year‑old two‑story single‑family home in Yukon. The process was straightforward, and communication with Steve (manager/owner?) and the lady representative was warm and professional. They even beat the price of a competitor. David did an excellent job, and the report was thorough and informative—detailed enough for me to make a confident decision about whether to proceed with the purchase. In the end, I chose not to buy the house, and I credit Redbud’s professional evaluation for helping me avoid a risky investment. Their service allows buyers to focus on the aspects they care about most, such as the floor plan and neighborhood, while leaving the quality and risk assessment to the experts. As someone new to OKC, I initially chose Redbud because of their strong reviews. Now, after my own experience, I have an even better reason to hire David again for future inspections. I cannot compare them to other inspection companies in the OKC area, but I can say they exceeded my expectations. Their pricing is not the lowest, but they are willing to beat the best price you find. Finally, I appreciate that they invite customers to leave reviews on Google. It shows confidence in their work and commitment to standing behind their service.

We needed an inspection done on a new home purchase quickly as we were from out of the area. Our agent contacted Redbud and we were able to schedule the inspection the following day. The process could not have been easier. Cody met us the next day and explained the entire process. After completing the inspection, he went over his findings in detail with pictures, making sure we understood everything. We received the completed report the following day. I would highly recommend Redbud to anyone needing home inspections! Not only did they have plenty of times available to work with my wife and I's busy schedules, they also had weekend availability which was very convenient! Our inspector, Nate Kinney, was probably the best inspector we have experienced. Incredibly thorough and very friendly and easy to talk to. He explained his findings well to where we understood. If we needed something further explained, he was very patient and kind in explaining. He spent hours at the home inspecting everything thoroughly. His inspection and expertise made me feel very comfortable in moving forward with the purchase of this home!

Chase provided an extremely, thorough and professional inspection. He kept me updated on all of his findings as he came across them and explained everything very well. The report that was provided was clear and concise with multiple pictures and videos with excellent notes regarding any and all findings.
