I utilized VPI's services after seeing he was on the list of Baltimore's approved inspectors. JaMarr was professional and knowledgeable. He arrived early and started reviewing the outside structure until we gained access to the building. He mentioned anything of concern while there, then later had pictures and recommendations in his written report. He was patient and answered any question we had even if it meant it took him longer to complete. His recommendations were thorough and allowed for us to further negotiate improvements, repairs or credits. He was responsive when we had follow up questions that allowed us to approach the seller with requirements confidently. I would and will use his services again, for the rental inspection for example as he is on the list of Baltimore's accepted inspectors.

My experience with Vision Property Inspections has been the best I could have hoped for. From using the website to book, all the way to reviewing the report, VPI has been exceptional. This is my second time purchasing a home and I wish I had worked with JaMarr and his team the first time. Being thorough, detailed, and professional are the qualities I looked for from an inspector. VPI exceeded my expectations. My last roof inspection was just an observation from the ground. This report went so far as to included aerial photos of the roof and chimney. The average inspector will provide a report the details their findings, as expected. The VPI team creates an engaging report that isn't made up of highly technical jargon. The report is plain and easy to understand. I received the report in a very timely manner and found it to be very reader friendly and easy to navigate. The report featured a tool which allowed me to easily highlight all of the issues I had and create a list for my agent seamlessly. Each issue had a comment as to whether a repair or replacement was recommended. This made it very easy to send out a request for repairs without spending a lot of time trying to format all of the requests into an email. I saved time for both myself and my agent. Choose VPI. They are worth the investment!

Using Vision Property Inspections was a great decision and I would highly recommend using them to anyone. I contacted Visions Property Inspection for a limited inspection of a basement with some issues. Very responsive, was contacted within the hour by email and my appointment was confirmed quickly. Prior to the inspection, inspector called to touch base and get more information. He showed up early and did a quality job. Excellent followup provided quickly.
