I had the best experience with LodeStar. They arranged my home inspection request quickly and efficiently. The cost was reasonable. The inspection was performed by Ian who was very professional and thorough. He also took his time explaining all his findings. I would highly recommend LodeStar for your home inspection.

We recently used Lodestar Inspection Services for our home inspection, and I cannot say enough great things about our experience. The company sent two inspectors, John and Derick and they were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They took their time inspecting every detail of the house and communicated with us every step of the way. What stood out the most was how they allowed us to walk alongside them during the inspection, patiently teaching us about our future home and explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. They made us feel comfortable and more importantly, reassured us that they had our best interest at heart. I selected Lodestar because the manager, Rachel, spoke at my FTHB seminar and she assured us the inspectors at this company do not cut corners and do everything they can to educate the customer about the reality of their property - and this was exactly my experience. My inspector, John Fritz, was friendly, professional, transparent, efficient, and respectfully explained things in a way the average person can understand (makes sense - he's a former classroom educator!). Jennifer, the client care coordinator was extremely responsive as well. From start to finish, excellent service.
