Efrain is a true professional. Spent approximately 3 hours at our prospective property and sent us an extremely detailed comprehensive report in less than 24 hours! Efrain is the only inspector you need! Look no further. I have used two other inspectors in the past 3 years so I have a baseline to compare and he is by far the best. I found him through the national home inspector exam website so his knowledge is taken a step further than just state licensing. He is extremely thorough. Efra was terrific. He was able to take pictures of the part of our attic that no other company was able to do over the years. By seeing that area of our roof attachment it should save us a lot of money with our insurance company as a result of a much better Wind Mitigation rating.
