Absolutely amazing! I have been fighting my car insurance company for weeks about mold. I called O² mold testing and quoted me immediately and was able to schedule next day testing. Todd came out I explained everything he did all the necessary test and will send full report within a couple days! I am blown away by how amazing and professional everyone we dealt with. 5 stars isn't enough! Thank you so much!
Todd was a charming guy, but he claimed there was mold, and it was dirt (second opinion). Per him, I needed a dry-out job for about 7-10 K. Also, he was supposed to give me the results of a lab test from samples he took ($1,000). When I asked him about it a week later, I got it in the next couple of days, but per the report the samples were just given to the lab. My tenants looked him up and he seems to have quite a history in the BBB and didn´t want him doing further work in the apartments. I assume the second opinion was correct because noone is having any issues with mold.
