Lack of trust with this company and their so called "guarantee". After speaking to Ethan and Nathan Thornbery the individuals in charge of the "The PriorityLab Accuracy Guarantee" and coming to a fair agreement. When it came to actually paying out of amount they completely ghosted/neglected their responsibilities. Not only do they speak in a condescending manner but they are liars.

I was charged $1495 for a rush service mold inspection of a large house. When I heard the price I thought I was being gouged. When I saw the results I felt like I got a great deal. The reporting and level of detail provided is outstanding. They came out next day and delivered results on-time. I recommend them for house inspections when there is concerns about mold.

Quick results but the WORST professionalism I have experienced in my home inspection. I am a biologist and I only wanted to know how the ranges were determined and what they were for my mold report. Pretty basic question anyone should ask when getting a test Within Range. I got a super abrasive office assistant that told me "I don't need to speak with Mr. Shane" because everything was fine. I was told I might get a call back with no expectation of when but everything was fine so I shouldn't worry. Well that kind of response sounds super shady to me.

InspectorLab have a great group of guys and I get my results the same day. Great prices and they even go above and behold to help my clients out when they call. I will definitely keep recommending them.

If we ever have a question Doc Shane makes himself available to assist. They have same-day TAT for mold testing at no additional fee. Well run lab with great customer service.
