I would highly recommend Jason at Keylight Home Inspections! I've bought several homes over the years and this was by far the best home inspector interaction I've EVER had! Jason is very knowledgeable and thorough. He took his time and explained his process on a step by step basis as we walked around my soon to be new home. Thanks again for everything and for the easy to read but detailed report. I would definitely use Keylight Home Inspections again if I need an inspection. So do yourself a favor and call these guys!!!

Jason is very professional and knowledgeable. His attention to detail is commendable. He is patient and took the time to answer all of our questions. His detailed report was very informative and found many things that needed to be addressed with the build. Jason was incredibly professional from the moment he showed up to the moment he left. He was very detailed in his initial inspection, and the ensuing write up. What I appreciated most was the fact that he took me through the house a second time to show me all the points of interest he had laid out in his report. It's one thing to just read a report with pictures, but another to have the inspector walk you through to give a hands on reference to those photos. As a first time home buyer he did a great job calming my nerves, and was very patient with my questions & concerns.

This was an amazing experience working with Keylight Home Inspection. We had our brand new house one year inspection done. Jason came in time, very professional, performed his service clean and beyond the minimum required, answered all the questions we had. What a great Company. Keylight Home Inspections. Did a very detailed inspection on my home. They were on the roof in the attic, under every counter. Jason did not miss anything. He also took pictures of everything! Even if it was a minor thing he took lots of pictures. Then he explained everything to us. I recommend Keylight Home Inspections to everyone I know.
