Buergelin’s home inspections

This couple was more than amazing and if I could honestly give them 1 million stars, I would they literally were so knowledgeable when they came to our property. They were friendly. They were affordable, and they really streamline the entire process, including modifying their own Mother’s Day schedule to ensure that we got our inspection done in time. I cannot recommend them enough.

The only way rating the Buergelin's Home Inspectiins could be easier is having an option to leave a 10 out of 5 rating! From the first phone call to the quick text to let me know my inspection email is being sent, my experience was absolutely amazing. Melissa is a rare find and can't praise her customer service and professionalism enough! They are a perfect example of how every business should treat their customers. I called a bunch of places before them! They had great customer service and pricing was also amazing. They are so thorough! They checked absolutely everything. They turned on every drain and let them run to check for leaks, checked every window, doorknob, etc!!! They left no stone left unturned. My fiancé is not very trusting with anybody and he LOVED the service! He was telling our entire family about the experience we also received aerial images and photos of everything they found. They answered every question we had! Made our home buying experience so much better, thanks again guys 🙂

First I just want to say thank you so much to Buergelins for their amazing service! Not only were they early which helped me because I had an afternoon appointment to make they were EXTREMELY professional. They detailed everything they would include in the report but also showed me all of the issue points to help me understand how they could be fixed. As an added bonus Joe took window measurements for me as I will have to buy window coverings for all the rooms . And the report (swoon) was so amazingly detailed and mocked up with photos that there was no detail overlooked. And it arrived the same day. From a professional standpoint if I had to do a report like that, just know you are not getting it from me the same day . Overall I highly, highly recommend using Buergelins for your home inspection needs! I hope after this review you guys stay blessed with work because it is well deserved. Thanks again .

If you need a quality inspection then look no further. I was so impressed with the attention to detail and how thourough this company was. The time that was taken to answer all our questions and show us things about the home that were very informative. If you want piece of mind, and know the job is done right then this is who you want.
