Matthew is very professional, personable and makes sure you understand everything he's doing and checking for you. He is Excellent about suggestions as well as what to expect if you need repair or any other kind of change for your home. Matthew is extremely thorough and careful of items throughout the home as well as tracking in any debris from outside or cleaning up any displaced items/areas as in insulation from the attic or bark mulch. I appreciated his help very much for all aspects of the inspections. He was very patient and answered all my questions thoroughly. His prices are the best I have found yet competitive. I had Matthew perform the inspection for a new house my wife and I are buying. He was very professional and I really appreciated his attention to detail. (He wasn't in a hurry to just get through the inspection.) The inspection lasted over 4 hours and it was definitely money well spent. You'd be surprised at all the things you can still find wrong with a brand new house. I would work with him again anytime.
