We recently purchased a new build home, and we’re so glad we had Joe come out to do the inspection. Even though it was a brand-new house, he found a few things that needed attention, which we would’ve never noticed ourselves. Joe was wonderful for our home inspection! He returned our phone calls promptly, and he couldn't have been more personable and knowledgeable! He took pictures of the few things that could use some improvement, and these few issues were listed on a separate page in his report so we could easily comprehend his recommendations!
