Easiest 5 star review I’ve ever given. Dan was extremely professional and thorough and gave an amazing inspection and report. However, what really stood out was his communication. He gave very clear descriptions about issues and potential remedies and made sure that we understood exactly what he was talking about and what was going on. He truly went above and beyond for my wife and I as first time home buyers and we would absolutely recommend him to any and everyone we know.

Dan was thorough with his inspection and also made sure to answer any questions i had. he was very focused and you can tell he really does care about his work and giving you a quality inspection. he helped me with my first home and he made the process easy and quick. his report is very detailed and included things that could be a future issue as well. i highly recommend to anyone looking for a home inspection!

Dan was amazing! He did a great job inspecting our new home. He went over everything with us in detail, even came back to the house to meet us in order to go over it all. He followed up with us to see if we had any additional questions or needed help with inspecting any of the repairs. Amazing service at a great price!!

Dan was such a breath of fresh air with the home buying process! I reached out to him on a Sunday and he responded quickly and got my inspection scheduled right away. During the inspection he thoroughly inspected the property, and took the time to explain everything to us that he found. A few hours later, we had the full report to view with our agent. As a first time home buyer my luck with nearly everything related to this process hasn't been great. I would have to say the easiest thing so far was scheduling with Dan. Dan was prompt and provided a lot of helpful information to me. He let me know what I should be concerned about and what wasn't a huge deal. He has knowledge way past just what is needed to inspect a house and offered up some of it along the way. I would highly recommend his services. Timely, Affordable, down to earth, and efficient.
