Andy did an incredible job inspecting our home, which we had to schedule after closing. The report he provided was incredibly detailed, over 100 pages, and included pictures and all his findings. He was incredibly diligent and inspected literally every corner of our 3,000sqft+ house. ABC is one of the good ones for sure.

Absolutely great. We are first time home buyers and were pretty uneasy about the home inspection part of the house buying process. Almost all of our fears were silenced due to our inspector being diligent, objective, thorough, and honorable throughout the entire process. He was on time and started right away turning on everything in the house and systematically going through each room and utility while explaining what he was looking for and doing. When we had questions for him he stopped to explain everything that we had questions about and took the time to educate us as needed. We really appreciated that. He even crawled under a 1930s barn crawl space to check the foundation and supports! Don't expect every inspector to do this, our inspector was a solid dude and was true to his word when he said he would. After the inspection you get around a 90 page document, yes 90, and this data is extremely helpful and detailed. We heard from some that the verbiage within this document could sound "alarmist", but in my opinion it was very objective and honest. If something isn't up to code then they will tell you and you have to make the best decision you can with that data. I suggest pouring a nice stiff drink and reading through it slowly when you get it. We wholeheartedly recommend ABC Home Inspection, and if we ever need a home inspection again we will be going right back to them.
