I highly recommend this company! We decided to do an inspection before the 1 year home warranty was up on our home and I’m so glad we did. Josh did a very thorough job inspecting our hose and found a water leak because of poor craftsmanship on the roof installation. This could be a somewhat costly repair for us to fix so I’m very glad he was very meticulous at thermal scanning all the walls/ceilings. Michelle at the office is very friendly and answers all my questions as well. I can see why this company has such great reviews!

We had A-Action come out to do a home inspection on a property we were thinking of buying. Bo Barber was our inspector, and he was beyond great. He arrived on time, and quickly started his process. He was very thorough and was more than willing to explain any questions we had about what he was looking for, and what it should look like. Despite the house being relatively new, he went through the entire house looking to ensure that the property was as it should be, noting things that could be fixed. At the end of the inspection process, he walked us through a preliminary report and said the actual report will be forthcoming. It was sent later that evening! I was very impressed at his knowledge and found his demeanor to be very pleasant. I would definitely recommend A-Action, particularly Bo, for home inspections. In fact, A-Action was recommended by a friend who had used them for their home inspection the month prior, and it was definitely a well placed recommendation!
