Matt was absolutely amazing to work with. He is truly a man that knows this line of business. He put my mind at ease with the purchase of an older home. Took his time and made sure I knew what all I needed to have done. Matt was so nice to me and I had a blast getting to work with him . I have never worked with an inspector like him before. Matt was wonderful. He made the whole process so easy. He was very thorough and explained everything as he went, which really put my mind at ease. The thermal imaging he does eased a lot of fears about insulation, water, and air leaks, not to mention checking for overheating electrical behind walls. The price was great and we will definitely use him again, if we ever need an inspector. I HIGHLY recommend him.

Great experience with this company. I don't live in the area so I was nervous about not being present for an inspection. I was really counting on Matt to do a thorough inspection without me there. After it was done, he called me and went through the major problems and then had a report ready in a timely manner, including detailed descriptions of problem areas, what he recommends and pictures of each item of concern. He was very knowledgeable on a variety of areas ranging from foundation to electrical and detail oriented. Thanks to him, I didn't end up overpaying for a house with a lot of issues. He was also very professional and friendly. Definitely will use again!

Matt missed SO MANY crucial issues on my daughter’s home and ours. Totally missed TERMITES!! On a home built in ‘87 that has existing treatment plugs. Missed the plugs AND the active insect evidence. Ghosted her and her husband about any resolution. Missed several issues on our home: broken and missing garage door wheels, granite sink installed INCORRECTLY and held up with 1x2 board, not brackets. Leaks on all sides. Kitchen faucet is broken- he missed it. Handle comes right off in your hand. Gas lines run incorrectly, both interior and exterior. Reported that we have zero trash compactors on-site when in fact there are two- one does not work. He missed it, but his assistant verbally said they were fine. Missed a wood rot issue on a large window unit that won’t open/close properly. Performed a small HVAC project and left a LIVE exterior breaker box open and exposed when he was finished. Anyone touching it would have been electrocuted. He did NOT close and secure it. Will never let this guy on our property again. Total waste of money on both homes

Matt recently performed our home inspection. I was very pleased with the thoroughness of his work. I was equally impressed to his willingness to take the time to walk us through the inspection with him, while also explaining all aspects of the inspection so that we were better able to interpret his inspection report. Communication was great and will recommend Matt to others in the future. Thank you!

Matt was beyond great. He found safety hazards, a plumbing leak and other issues that were missed by previous inspection that was less than a month old. He checked literally top to bottom (rooftop to basement). He even found signs of termite tracks in his general inspection missed by a recent specific termite inspection. Due to his findings, and the seller's unwillingness to make repairs, we backed out of that contract. We plan to use him for the next house we make have a contract on.

Matt did a great job on our home inspection. He explained everything in detail and was extremely thorough. I would recommend him completely to anyone looking to have their home inspected!
