Noah did wind mitigation reports and 4 point home inspections for our 2 properties today. He arrived on time and explained everything we asked questions about. The reports were thorough and will save us a lot of money on insurance since the wind mitigation report needs to be done every 5 years. His price was fair and discounts are allowed if multiple properties are done together. I would highly recommend.

Celebration Home Inspectors is the best... We needed 2 different inspections done this year and we were able to schedule them with Noah and have them completed within a few days. The reports took about 24 hours to complete and send back to me which was awesome! The services were very well done, timely and handled professionally. Noah was great. He returned my initial request within 30 minutes. He showed up on time the next day. Spent close to 2 hours on the inspection and explained what he was doing, if he found anything of concern. His reports came back very detailed. Also, very nice and respectful person. I have never experienced a home inspector who did a very thorough and comprehensive inspection. Noah was very personable and professional and disclosed any and all potential issues of the home. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Noah as he has inspected a number of properties for me recently. His reports were delivered promptly. They are clearly written and concise, making it easy for the "lay person" to understand. I found Noah to be very knowledgeable regarding systems in a home that buyers may not necessarily be familiar with, for example, water softening systems, generators, and septic systems. He has been patient and taken the time to explain things to my buyers and was available to answer any questions they had. Although, Noah suggested we use another company that specializes in septic to inspect the system, he still took the time to explain what he knew about the septic and referred us to a licensed company. As a real estate agent, I have found him to be very professional. He returns my calls quickly and has been flexible and accommodating when scheduling inspection times/locations. This crazy market often finds realtors in need of a quick inspection to get the deal done. Noah has been able to deliver! He has guided me on wind mitigation to help reduce buyer insurance costs and continues to educate me regarding numerous concerns when selling a property.
