PRO-Home Inspection LLC was a great investment and Ali was fantastic. He answered all of our questions before, during, and after the inspection. He managed to get the inspection done within two days of calling (it would’ve been sooner but we were not available). He was very professional and cordial. The inspection was scheduled in the morning and he arrived 40 minutes early. The home had a smart lock and we set up a code for him to be able to enter the home. Since he arrived sooner, he did not waste any time and had the inspection well underway. I had requested time from work and this helped incredibly to return at a good time. Ali explained very clearly why and how he was checking certain areas inside the home. He took many pictures to include in the final report as well. Once the inspection was completed, he asked if there were any questions left to make sure I was satisfied with the service. He also managed to get a very detailed report which included the pictures he had taken with highlighted marks to make sure we understood his written notes. The report was sent to us within 24 hours and it absolutely helped to put us at ease. Thanks to this service, we now know more clearly what areas of the home need more maintenance and which ones are priority. We absolutely recommend PRO-Home Inspection LLC and if we do end up needing another inspection in the future, we will request for Ali’s services once again.

I had wanted to get measurements of my windows while there for blinds and had forgotten my measuring tape. Ali helped my mom, Maria Cope, with an inspection of her commercial building. He is very punctual, professional and great with communication.
