Chad performed a pre-purchase inspection for us this week. He was very thorough, personable, and professional. The inspection report was very detailed and was extremely helpful in making our decision whether to buy the property we had inspected. We've owned several houses in the past and have always had them inspected. Chad's inspection report was the most thorough we've seen.
