GO Home Inspection Services

Public, please beware. Grep Obenschain was recommended to me by my Realtor. I paid what he requested for the inspection, TRUSTING he would do a great job. His report indicated there were NO ISSUES w/ my roof. Shortly after our purchase, we could hear squirrels in the attic. Three roofers found the roof was in terrible shape with missing shingles AND had 3 holes in it large enough to put your fist through. I contacted Greg via email to explain what occurred and he never even bothered to reach out to me. The roof GREG said had no issues had to be replaced and I was out $16k. Photos of the roof HE said had no issues are attached.

Greg was amazing! He was friendly, informative, thorough, and detail oriented. He did a great job and I highly recommend him anytime I have a friend or family member in need of a home inspection.

Absolutely horrific! Greg missed a poorly installed roof. It was so bad that my insurance would not have covered any of it in the event of damage. He stood in my front yard and looked at it with binoculars! And only from the front! I have had to have the entire roof replaced and am now fixing damage from the leaks. After paying almost $600 for a home inspection I expected better! The job that was done was lazy and negligent! Definitely the most untrustworthy company I’ve ever dealt with! Karma is a cat!

Buying a home in another state can be scary and the key to protecting yourself is a great home inspection.
