Chris preformed my Pre-Drywall inspection. He remained professional, amicable and personable throughout the entire inspection. He is a great cheer-leader: I was not sure about directly walking onto the site, but he hyped me up with a pep talk! He even clarified and explained in plain english troughout the walk-around. He remained attentive to any and all of my concerns, all whilst pointing out any of his concerns. I would not hesitate about working with him on any of my inspections!

Chris is very detailed, thorough, and by far one of the best home inspectors I have encountered. He has state of the art technology and uses drones to inspect the roof and infrared to detect any leaks. His report has a quick turn around time and is very detailed. Highly recommend!
