HES EXTREMLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND REFUSES TO PROVIDE HIS ACCREDIDATION INFORMATION. HE ALSO TALKED BAD ABOUT HIS PREVIOUS CLIENTS. I hired this inspector through my HOA for a mold inspection, and my experience was very disappointing. During the walkthrough, the inspector acknowledged visible water damage and discussed concerns about mold inside structural areas that had been previously exposed. However, none of these observations were included in the final written report. He later said they were assumptions when it was his OWN VERBAL ASSESMENT not assumptions on my part. Important findings that were discussed on-site were omitted, and the report felt incomplete and overly limited in scope. He only did an air test when my home has had chronic water leaks from my roof for over 6 years. When I raised concerns about these missing items, the response I received was dismissive, rude aggressive and did not reflect what was actually said or observed during the inspection. Because the report failed to document key conditions, I will be filing a formal complaint with the appropriate agencies and certification boards. Homeowners rely on accurate, unbiased reporting especially when health and safety are involved and I CANNOT recommend this service based on my experience.

This was a truly exceptional service experience. A few companies came by to examine a mold situation, but Joe was the only one who went in-depth and provided a written summary of what needed to be done without costing a fortune. I’m so thankful for his thorough guidance on keeping the home environment clean and mold-free. I highly recommend his services.

I wanted to talk to someone to try to understand the mold industry, the various testing procedures and come up with a practical process for determining if a house had a mold problem. I ended up calling Joe because of the reviews that I found online. Many of the reviews I read suggested companies were coming into properties determined to discover mold of any amount and then scare the property owner into remediation services. From my own research it seemed that there is always mold present and some of the testing companies were doing seemed a little predatory/designed as a setup/scare tactic. Anyway, I ended up talking with Joe for a while. He was very generous with his time and information. He gave me a number of things to reference and after talking with him I felt confident that I could look at my house, and come up with my own opinion as too whether there was a likely mold problem. I even went as far as to buy a moisture meter and use that throughout the entire house. From my brief dive into the mold industry here in Denver I am now a little suspicious of a lot of the players as it seems they simple want to scare you into doing mold remediation when mold isn't a problem. In my opinion what those other companies are doing is dishonest and isn't providing someone like me any real world value or health benefits. Joe on the other hand, in my opinion, was honest, transparent and extremely professional and because of this if i ever have future concerns about mold in my house I will absolutely make Joe my first point of contact.
