My home inspector Adam was incredibly thorough and did a fantastic job. Everyone I’ve shared the inspection report with has commented on how detailed and well put-together it is. Pillar to Post is more than a standard home inspection, so it’s worth every penny. I feel like I know this house inside and out now. I also love that the package includes the BossCat estimate report. Plus the online portal is well-organized and easy to navigate. It had all my various reports (Radon test, sewer scope, inspection, etc.) in one centralized location which is perfect so I don't have to dig thru old emails. Highly recommend this company. A+

8 months later, I think they just signed off on everything. I don't think they represent buyers' interests, I think they represent the realtors. I bought a flip so I paid extra for a more thorough inspection, $1500 for my house, they missed and downplayed significant issues related to roofing, flooring, HVAC, among others. Cost me $$$ in making repairs the seller should have done. Speaks to corporate culture more than the individual inspector. It's your job to hold accountable shoddy craftsmanship. Failure to do so makes me suspect who you truly work for. The home value represented all the "renovations" just for me to have to go back to redo a lot of it. I don't regret buying the house, but a better inspection would have saved me thousands.

We had a great experience with The Walsh Kastberg Team! During a buyer inspection on a house, sewer blockage was discovered by the scope, which I think saved us some significant money. Also, the floorplan provided was very nice as none were provided by the seller. Thank you!

Trevor was helpful, friendly, professional, and informative, and even answered a followup I had later on. Sean was, too, and welcomed me to watch him scope the sewer, and explained and answered my questions along the way. Everyone who's seen their report (myself included) has remarked that it was thorough, detailed, and good. I would use them again for sure.

Grateful for having Trevor as our home inspector! He is super knowledgeable and thorough with his work, and even hopped on a 2 hour phone call after the fact to go over a myriad of questions we had about our report!
