Metz Home Inspection

We used Luke Metz to inspect our downtown Las Vegas property, an older home which had a few potentially problematic aspects. Luke gave us an incredibly insightful and helpful inspection report that was instrumental in helping us complete the purchase. He is very knowledgeable about all areas of home construction, with clear and transparent reports that are well-researched and documented. Would not hesitate to use him for all future inspections and thoroughly recommend. A great professional who takes his work very seriously.

Well where to begin a little over a year ago i purchased a used home and hired Metz as my home inspector it's a manufactured home with split ac units and a tankless water heater i don't know if he's just not proficient in manufactured homes or he just had issues with me but his assessment was far from accurate the water heater had to be replaced in 7 months and the AC units were improperly wired causing them to begin to trip off during hottest part of the day come to find out the breaker used is to small amperage for a single unit and they are wired 2 units per breaker which any professional should have seen as a red flag like I said in the beginning maybe Metz doesn't have experience with manufactured homes or maybe he just had issues with me but it's a very expensive oversight on his part at my expense just do your own research when hiring someone for this serious of a life event don't just take someone else's word as gold.

As a Realtor I have had many home inspections done by various home inspection companies. By far Luke is the "best", I have used his services over the last 20 years. Luke is patient and thorough, he always takes the time to explain his findings with my buyers and then promptly emails them his report. He is a professional, I highly recommend him.

Over the years I've used Metz multiple times privately and everything was detailed as it should. Being in construction myself my whole life, I know when inspectors know what they are talking about, or are winging it. Metz is the real deal. I rarely recommend services to anyone but being in construction and working with realtors, I've recommended Metz numerous times over the years and I've never had anyone unhappy with me passing along their info. Do yourself a favor and use Metz for quality work from someone who cares. We all know that finding someone who cares about what they do is hard to find nowadays. That quality is what always makes the difference.

Metz Home inspection did a home inspection for us recently when we were making a offer for a 1960s ranch house. We are in the market for a Vintage vegas home and these guys came highly recommended from the local community when we asked for the best inspection company. We aren’t the most savvy couple when it comes to how things should function for the house to be a solid purchase. Legit and professional! Identified a few different problems in a house I purchased. All justified, and sorted out prior to purchase.
