We were very glad to have worked with Elevate Inspections. We wanted to worked with David Nguyen since we heard so many good things about him. The company was very accommodating to meet our inspection time line. We worked with David to inspect two condos that we made offers for consecutively. David was very easy to work with. He was always early to the properties. He seems very knowledgeable and was very details. He verbally went over his findings with us and were able to provide the written report promptly. He also followed up with us to see if we need any clarifications.We will definitely use him again for our property inspection needs.

I am an active Realtor in LA County and I use Elevate for all of my Inspections. I do about two or three with them per month and I would never consider using another company. They do everything from General Inspection with the infrared light that can assess moisture inside of the walls, sewer scope, mold testing and will connect/schedule with Termite. Walter and David are my go to guys. Highly recommend
