Go Inspect

My husband and I are first time homebuyers, literally no idea how this whole process works. Finding the right Home inspection was one of our top priorities especially because we have so many questions. Our lender (who we trust) recommended Dimas and let me tell you. He did not disappoint. The best part,the whole inspection was interactive ! Dimas asked us what we think are the major things to look for in the inspection. Foundation, Roof, Electrical, Pluming !!! From the very beginning Dimas made my husband and I involved in the whole process. Broke it down to the main components of the house like a puzzle piece so it was easier for us to understand. Everything was hands on which is the best way to learn. He explained everything clearly and did not rush when we asked so many questions. My husband and I learned so much about the house and what to do in case things go wrong (which is the most important). Knowing when to see if we have any water leak, our shut off valves and locations, how to check water pressure and its importance, circuit breakers, which plug controls other electric plus, reason why some plugs are upside down, cracks to look out for and which cracks are cosmetic, fireplace knowing how to open the vents and everything we needed to know about our home. I could literally go on how much we learned. Buying our house to call home is a huge investment and with the knowledge that was taught to us we feel more secure and confident that we’ll be able to take care of our home, all thanks to Dimas. He went above and beyond and we are thankful for the knowledge, professionalism, & kindness that he has shown my family ! We highly recommend GO inspect to anyone needing a home inspection. We had a great experience with our home inspector. He was thorough and took the time to explain important components of the house, like gas valves and their locations. He even went into the attic and underneath the house to ensure a complete inspection. His attention to detail and suggestions for additional features that could improve the property were much appreciated. We feel much more confident in our purchase thanks to his work. Dimas and his team are fantastic: Nice with a sense of humor but also very knowledgeable. They take the time to answer your questions even if it’s somewhat off topic. They provide you with a number of options and make sure everything is working properly with great materials even if you are on a budget. Recently, Dimas helped us with home inspection and made sure to check everything he could. We hired his team with the plumbing and attic cleaning. They really worked their magic on a nightmare of an attic and plumbing system. The attic went from a multigeneration-rat-infested nest to a proper, clean attic with plenty of insulation (see photos/screenshots of the video for before and after). The water pressure was incredibly weak as Dimas noted from the stress test in the inspection and the pipes were also leaking. When his team removed the pipes to put in new copper pipes, they found that the old pipes were extremely congested (see photo). Dimas is great at keeping communications, will make recommendations and run those options by you for informed decisions while also keeping things cost-effective. If anything needs a touch up, Dimas has you covered.

Dimas was amazing. I am a nervous first time home buyer and he really involved me in the inspection process. He was on time, patient with some difficulty of us getting into the building, and extremely helpful beyond his job scope as an inspector. He responds quickly via text and makes sure to make you feel comfortable and knowledgeable about all of the facets of your property. Dimas was absolutely amazing! I would recommend him to everyone.
