Chris was timely and professional in our home inspection. He gave tidbits of advice on things like the fireplace, which he was unable to inspect because there was no tank hooked up. Later, he discovered something really weird: the dryer vent led into the ceiling where it was backed up with lint. No vent on the roof. Just to make sure that he was right with what he saw, he went back to the property on the following day. Chris was available for a call when this item came up short of closing. Chris was fantastic to work with. We had to get the homeowner to turn on the gas and Chris made a return trip the following day to complete the additional request. Great suggestions of things to keep an eye on and what needed immediate attention. Will definitely use him again if needed.
