Award was extremely professional and detailed in their review! I had many questions regarding roofing, HVAC, and the crawl space! They did an amazing job explaining all the problems they found! We ended up moving onto a different house because of the issues they found. We hired them to do our second inspection, and again they were professional and detailed! We ended up buying the second house! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a home inspection!

Award did a great job with our home inspection and found several things that were pointed out in a very descriptive and easy to read report that helped us in getting items corrected prior to purchase saving a ton of money for us. Has also done electrical work on several occasions at our home. Work is done professionally and on time. Highly recommend this company.

Easy 5 stars. I don’t know much about inspecting homes, but no doubt it requires a high degree of attention to detail, and Christian’s got it in spades. He gave us confidence in moving forward with our home purchase, spotting the slightest of details that might be of concern (or even that might NOT be of concern, but just sort of "good to know!"). Not only that, but he was extremely personable and easy to speak with! Highly recommend.
