I had the best experience using Las Palmas Home Inspection. Tony was super thorough and took his time to explain what he was looking for and why while completing the Home Inspection for our new home. He took us through every room and called out any issues or good craftsmanship in the Home, including the areas that had recently been remodeled. The pricing was great and he is certified in multiple certifications that home inspectors use and used technology (Drone, sewer camera, thermal reader, etc.) to give us peace of mind that we were using all tools at his disposal to ensure our new home was good. Further, Tony was super friendly and approachable. He made us feel as if we had known him for years. He even scoped out the neighborhood and neighbors for us prior to us arriving. 10/10, would recommend and would use him again without any hesitation.
