I highly recommend TN Home Inspectors… the owner Aaron did my inspection for my new home and he was very thorough, friendly and treated my inspection as if it were his own home. My report was available the very next morning. They are super fast with the turnaround process. He caught everything and made my new home walkthrough easier because we used his suggestions as a checklist for things to pay particular attention to. We used THI to inspect the home we had just put a contract on. Kenny did a great job. He was there on time and was very thorough. It is a newer house and we didn't expect there to be any problems, but it gave us peace of mind knowing an expert had checked everything out, especially the things we couldn't see ourselves, like inside the attic. We received our report promptly and Kenny was available to answer a couple of questions we did have. I would definitely use THI and Kenny again!

Great experience with THI! Unfortunately the first property I was under contract on fell through, however THI was amazing to work with and I was happy to give them my business again!
